Stroller fan work on an umbrella stroller?

Just wondering if anyone knows if a stroller fan would work on an umbrella stroller. We have a Maclaren XT Techno. I would love to have a fan on my son, since I know it will be hot.

One step aheah has a pinwheel fan that takes 2 AA batteries. I can't post the link. Not enough posts. (How many posts do you need before you can post a link?)

It looks like the neck is long enough that you could clip it to the side rail, by his arms, then angle it back in toward him - or possibly the canopy, depending on the weight of it.

It should work. We had it last year and it was a lifesaver!! But be warned it eats through batteries- new ones everyday! But it was worth every penny of battery cost! It just clips on where you need it.

Thanks, yeah that is the one. It is worth a try.

I never thought about attaching it to the canopy. Thanks for that idea. At the moment my son hates the canopy down, but maybe under that hot sign he will feel differently.
