Stroller Connectors

I'm debating on whether to use a double stroller or 2 umbrella strollers with a connector for our upcoming trip. My DDs are 3 and 5 months.
We just purchased a side by side graco duorider stroller. It seems really nice, but I'm worried about the size especially since we'll be using the monorail a lot. I've heard you can only wheel these on in the handicap areas because of the size.
I was considering taking this back and purchasing another umbrella stroller - we already have one. I would also get the stroller connectors so I could attached them when we wanted.
My question is... has anyone used connectors before? And how effective are they? Are they easy to put on and off or is it a production?
Thanks for all of your help!

I did this on our last trip to WDW. In a few ways, it was convenient. The umbrella strollers folded more quickly and compactly-as you mentioned. It was a little tougher to push the umbrella strollers connected together than I thought it would be. Even connected, the strollers seemed to move at their own speeds and it felt uneven while I was pushing them. We found ourselves detaching them and pushing the kids individually more often than we thought we would. We must not have minded it too much though, we are headed back with those same strollers in Dec.

Thanks for the info.

Has anyone used the side by side Graco Duorider stroller? It's really nice, but I'm wondering how it will function at WDW.
