Stripped ccv 2021 contracts

Sorry if this has been asked before. We have a contract in rofr where there are no Dec 21 points - just confused as to how these can be fully stripped with the 50% rule?

Ive questioned this about many contracts before and some of the answers were the owners may have borrowed the points before the 50% went into place, or the one I think is more likely the case is they transferred it to another contract.

You can transfer all of the upcoming use years points. However, the recipient of the transfer still has the 50% borrowing restriction on those points.

You can transfer the current UY points and the next UY points. You can't transfer points once they've been banked or borrowed.

I have read that owners with different UYs have done that when selling.

I transferred points last year when selling since getting $15/pt allowed me to be more flexible on selling price. I ended up ahead of the game as I only went down $8/pt off asking and only $3/pt less than I had hoped.

Sounds like a good idea, just need to decide which contract to sell!
