Chocolate dipped strawberries
whisky
Ingredients
225g good quality milk or plain chocolate
3 tablespoons whisky
large strawberries
Method
Break up the chocolate and place in a bowl over a pan of hot not boiling water until melted. Cool slightly and stir in the whisky. Using a skewer, dip each
strawberry into the whisky chocolate. Place on a tray lined with waxed or non-stick paper and chill in the 'fridge until needed.
