First no one in our group in concierge.

Second we have 4 cabins with 7 adults and 2 kids right now might end up being 5 cabins 9 adults and 2 kids. I am not sure

Third - one cabin is Platinum, 2 are Gold and one are first time cruisers. The other cabin that hasn't decided is silver

We are thinking of Palo Brunch on Easter Sunday, another Palo Dinner and a subset of the group wants Remy. Also some are thinking of Spa appointments, excursions to the Baths when we stop in Tortula and potentially a Cabana.

So what are you thoughts on the order of booking?

You will not be able to book for all of you until the lowest level booking window for your party opens. You could book for each group as their booking window opens and then try to get one bigger table when the final window opens or you could book separate tables for each group and then try to have them consolidate you once on board.

As for the cabana, The Platinum CC cruisers will be able to book that at 120 days out, if there are any available.

Yes, each CC level will be booking at a different time. And each one should book Palo/Remy when they can, preferably at the same times as the earlier reservations are. But, even if those times are not available, book anyway. Once onboard, take all the reservation numbers to where the Palo/Remy dining changes are handled and ask to have them consolidated.
