Strangest thing YOU have seen at any DVC or DVC Event

At OKW, a guy early in the morning sleeping at his door in his underware.

I had to call the Disney security who called the cops because they were fighting and screaming so loud in the treehouse next to us. The fighting calmed down by the time police arrived but it was crazy.

Treehouse villas are pretty spaced apart, so that must have been a nuclear fight to hear it in your treehouse

Ahhh yes… the good ole’ days when Pleasure Island was in full swing!!

OK while I was waiting for a bus, two people on rental scooters (or whatever you call them) came from opposite directions to the bus stop. One was a lady and the other was a man. When the bus came the driver said I can only take one of you and who was here first? The lady said she was and they got into an argument. The man (who was big) then jumped off, bent over, lifted the scooter and carried it on the bus through the back door. My wife and I stood there with our mouths open.

Raccoons on the golf course......Loads of signs with caution for snakes and gators....but personal warning from the marshal of Raccoons on one hole will steal anything in the carts. leave someone there. Group of 4 in front of us did not heed the warning, while on the green we watched them running after the Raccoon after it stole 2 cell phones. Funniest thing ever.

At California Screaming in DCA. Guy chatting away on cell phone as ride is starting. Counts down and takes off fast (like RNR). Cell phone goes flying and into the water. Oops.

A large wire cage, with a few chickens hanging in it on the lawn on the entrance to the Disney Inn, now Shades of Green. The bus driver tried to convince us they were trying to catch a turtle.....you mean an alligator? Not DVC but it was odd.

Walking into our newly assigned room at a DVC resort (don't care to post specifics) only to have somebody (not a guest) napping on the bed and then ensuring us it was ok while he called "engineering" to come re-clean the room.

ETA: We did not take him up on this, we got a new room, and Disney more than made it right.

A crew used my golf cart as a "blind" while trying to catch a gator on #18 at the Palm. It was after the incident in 2016 and Disney was relocating all alligators >6'

I'm pretty sure it's whichever course starts out with a tee shot aimed at the poly. I think it's the palms course. There's a short par 4 on the 4th hole and they usually don't let carts on the fairway. The cart path is right next to the woods, so it's a prime spot for a raccoon to raid golf carts.

Back in 2018, my daughter had an empty fruit rollup wrapper in the cart and the raccoon would not leave us alone. I ended up driving up to the next tee box and threw the wrapper away -- the raccoon emerged from the woods by the trash can...proceeded to go dumpster diving, and then came out with the wrapper in his mouth before he disappeared quickly into the woods.

I've also seen raccoon on the tee box of the 18th hole there.
