Strange Point Rental Situation

What would you do? We rented points from a really nice man for an upcoming trip. He sent me my confirmation letter as agreed and, as agreed, I want to provide him with funds. The problem is...He won't give me his information so I can make a wire transfer or send a cashier's check! I've e-mailed and called a couple of times. As long as the reservation is in my name, should I just sit tight? Or should I push the issue?

Hmmm...that's very wierd. You'd think that heh would want the money. Are you positive that reservation DEFINATELY HAS BEEN MADE AND IS IN YOUR NAME? If it is, I wouldn't worry anymore - it's his problem for not giving you info so you can send the money..........

I have the actual original Disney confirmation letter. I haven't called them to confirm though....I'll do that in the morning. Other than the payment issue, all promises have ben kept as per contract.

I would actually try to get in touch with your Renter. Up until the moment you check in, the reservation is still in his control, so he could change it at any point.

I would think he fell ill or a car wreck or something. I handle everything on DVC for our family and if something happened to me, I'm afraid that my family would not know what or who to call. Do you have a phone number? I would give him or his family a call. If a relative is handling his things a reservation could get canceled, not knowing the situation. I have showed my husband all my contracts so if something happened to me he could handle what I have rented.
