Storytellers WOC Dining Package Confusion

Has anyone done this recently and can verify the process for me? I would like to do the Storytellers WOC viewing package, but it looks like it's no longer specificly booked that way at least online. I booked a ressie for dinner, do you just ask on arrival now, or is it still a separate reservation and I need to call to book that now?

The way it worked last fall was that you made a regular reservation for Storytellers dinner and then told the server when you got there that you want the WOC package. From what I can tell from the webpage, that’s still how it works.

They have recommended times for dining at Storytellers depending on what WOC show you want.

I am going in a few weeks and can confirm if that helps and is timely for your visit. I will be at Storytellers Feb 9. Last time it was as PP mentioned - simply ask for the WOC package (I personally have never needed it as I have gotten the VQ, but a good option if you miss out on that.)

We're going next weekend, my plan is to try for VQ first, but this is my last day backup. Since it's a new show, and now there's not going to be Fantasmic, I'm concerned it'll be extra crowed. Things were going to be easier when we booked this trip, before they announced the 100 kick off.

Gotcha. I did something similar for the last day of the holiday WOC, but thankfully didn’t need the upgrade.

My suggestion for the VQ would be to sign in ahead of time and get your party and everything set up. Then set a timer 2 min before. Once my timer hits I usually start refreshing at the 11:59 mark. I did this while in a queue a few weeks ago and it was fine. It’s when you forget the time that people get stuck.

also, FWIW I actually had a really lovely visit on day 2 of the Christmas everything. All the bloggers and influ-sters flooded the parks day 1, but by day 2 it wasn’t nearly as bananas. So if you’re there the 27 I’d say zig when they zag and just stay away from MMRR. Lots of the 100th merch and what not has been available already so shouldn’t be too bad. Have a fabulous trip!!!

That's what we're hoping, we booked DCA for the 27th for that reason, but have hoppers in case everyone else has the same idea.
