Storytellers Dinner - Buffet on weekends only?

I've only seen the dinner buffet at Storytellers offered during the weekend when I was there last time. Can anyone confirm seeing the buffet available or eating at it yourself on a weeknight? It fits into our plans sooo much better!

We have eaten there through the week for the buffet the last 2 years but that was in June, we have it booked this year but we booked it for Friday night not sure why just the date I picked.
