Storybook canal boats close during parades, correct?

Does anyone know how soon after the parade it usually reopens?
Is it after the parade has past Fantasyland? Or after the parade is all the way down Mainstreet and over?

Just wondering if we watch the parade near Fantasyland if we can hop in line to ride with a short wait after the parade.

You can hop in line fairly soon after the parade passes. But how long after the parade passes before it reopens is determined by crowd control.

After the parade has passed. This has been my strategy the last couple times to ride SBLCB. Jump in line within five minutes of the parade passing by.
