Hi! We purchased a resale BCV contract in December and immediately booked our first ever BCV stay for November. Now it’s getting closer and we’re getting excited!

If you wouldn’t mind, would love to hear your dining (and other) tips pertaining to stays at BCV. Thanks!

One tip I admit I got from someone on these boards-It was so great one night to go into Epcot to eat dinner at Le Halles bakery, and bring dessert back to eat at BCV (since it was cold and rainy out). Also, for QS, try the Market at Ale and Compass at the Yacht Club sometime. I've found that sometimes the supposedly same salads have different ingredients and are better at one or the other.

LOL-I got my first AP last year, and it was worth it just to be able to do that!

My biggest frustration this last trip was it was out the door long line a couple times I went there. It really made me wish that at the place in Japan would get mobile order.

At BCV now. Hot tubs still not heated at SAB. Lots of tubes in the lazy river, both the clear rings and the clear u-shaped tubes with the seat. Covered area by driveway completely walled in, but you can easily walk around it to the buses on the one side or towards the temporary bell/valet stand and the villas building on the other. Construction noise not really noticeable so far.

So is the main entrance still open?

*We just saw this refurb notice on the reservation for our Sept. 1 check in date on BC hotel side. Is the main entrance closed where the porte cocheres is located or are you just unable to drive through to drop off luggage?

Picture a wall completely encircling that roofed area in front of the doors. (Red on my highly artistic map below, lol)

You can get around it on foot, but not by car. There's a dropoff area (yellow) in front of the walls with a temporary bell services and valet desk (blue) off towards the villas pathway.
