Storing Digital Camera photos ?

Sorry to ask another digital camera question but, we've have started using Shutterfly to order prints and store our photos. I have to say I am very impressed with this company!!! I would also like to keep a hard copy of the prints on a CD. Can I save or burn them onto a CD? If yes, what type of CD do I need to buy?

Do you have them on your hard drive somewhere? If so, then all you need is a CD burner and the right software.

There may already be software installed on your computer. Otherwise, I would recommend software like Roxio's Easy CD Creator or Nero.

Can I use the CD's that I burn music onto to do this or are there special CD's to use to store photos?

Nope, you can use the same CD's -- actually, the same software you use to burn music CD's should work to burn pictures as well (look for an option titled something like, "data storage").
