Stores by Detroit Airport??

Are there any stores like Target, Superwalmart, Meijer around the airport or close to it. We will be flying out from here but are staying overnight the night prior so just wondering if anything was around.

There is a Target and Meijer, among others, in a large shopping area in the I94/Outer Park Rd area. It's less then 10 minutes from the airport. We were there at the end of August when we flew to Orlando.

The Target address is 3100 Fairlane Dr, Allen Park MI,48101 if you want to punch it into Mapquest to see how close it is to the airport.

There's a brand new Target & Meijer at I94 and Oakwood Blvd. If you're crossing the boarder at the bridge, you'll go right passed it. The airport is another 10 minutes or so past there.

Thanks for the info! We;ll be crossing at the Bluewater Bridge as my mom is coming with us and she's in Sarnia. Sounds like we will have some different options close by!

I think jaimes is right with the new ones at oakbrook- they are both nice new stores. Fairlane Mall is close by too (and it has a disney store)
