Storage for items while on rides?

We will be at Universal the end of May and I wanted to bring one of those small mister fans to carry around during the day, but I need to know if there's storage and/or lockers for every ride, especially on the coasters. I know at amusement parks they always have cubbies to store items while you're on rides but is this also true for the rides at Universal?

On the coasters...yes. Carry ons are not allowed so there are free lockers for those attractions. There are lockers throughout the parks but some you have to pay for.
