We are driving from Maryland and plan to take basically 2 1/2 days to get to WDW. Looking at the map, I think that the best stops are Rocky Mount, NC (reservation at the Comfort Inn) and St Augustine, FL (reservation at the Best Western I95). That would leave us only about 2 hours on arrival day so we can get a full day in at the park!
Driving back we are thinking about stopping in Florence, SC (no resevration yet) and pushing through with one overnight stop.
Anyone from any of these places or been through them??? We dont need fancy but we do want safe and a pool!!! lol
