Still loving the report! Funny you said that about the kids at toy story mania a little boy maybe 8 or 9yrs old was behind me in line and had a giant balloon hat on his head and it kept poking me in the back of the head. His mom told him to be carefull your hitting people only 1 time. It didn't hurt it was a balloon but after the 10th time i just wanted to reach behind me and pop it! She had 4 other kids with large balloon hats on too.
We haven't tried Prime Time I just don't think it would be my thing. I do like how it looks though.

I'm getting worse and worse about replying to ya'll's posts. The last two or three weeks have been hecka-decka at work. Only a couple new clients but all of the old ones are back with a vengeance.

I really really wanted to get a Branson mini-trip report posted. I think the boss has a client at 2:00 and maybe one at 3:00. Hopefully, I can get something posted then.

By the way, I just got an email from the Arlington in Hot Springs. I sent them a rather nasty email yesterday telling them how disappointed I was that they hadn't gotten back with me. Anyway, I got a reply email that apologized and that they are refunding me the ENTIRE amount of our stay $201+. I am super surprised. Sometimes, it pays to throw around the term "I am a paralegal."

Anyway, I got a reply email that apologized and that they are refunding me the ENTIRE amount of our stay $201+. I am super surprised. Sometimes, it pays to throw around the term "I am a paralegal."

GOOD FOR YOU! They should pay you double after that disaster of a room. In answer to your PM, we only got about 3 inches of snow; poor Markie got 12 inches in Dubuque and they DID NOT cancel classes -- it took him 35 minutes to drive to school and it is a 10 minute drive!

I am glad they did do something. I figure it is like everything else. No one cares. Good for you.

Poor Markie. The colleges here don't cancel for snow just ice. I am glad you didn't get anymore than the 3 inches. Mark doesn't need to be out shoveling.

Now I'm thinking I should have wrote Quality Inn about that room that we got in Sevierville, but it's too late to do that now. I will remember that in case it happens again, though!

I was very very surprised when I received a reply email from the Arlington. Like I said, sometimes it's nice to be able to put in "I'm a paralegal." I didn't use it as a threat, I just said "I'm a paralegal and I am upset that your company doesn't have the common courtesy to find time the reply to my correspondence." If they somehow thought that I was going to sue them or something, then so be it. (Like I would go to the expense of hiring an Arkansas attorney to go after $201)

So I am really enjoying this TR...I have been sick since Sunday but I only missed school yesterday, and part of today. I have been missing WDW a lot lately, and it doesnt help that my mom took my sister(19), brother(4), and aunt(?...lol) this past weekend for my mom's Birthday. They left me with my dad because I still have basketball, which now I am regreting that I actually play. So after 2 days of reading I am caught up with the whole thing. Thank you so much for keeping occupied for these 2 crappy days.

YAY!! for seeing the UP characters!! I love that movie!! I actually just bought it for the boys for Christmas the other day. I think the little boys name was Russell. Anyways, can't wait to see your photopass pics!

Loved your TSM pictures! We had fastpasses last time we rode, which of course are great...but I missed all the cool things standing in line.

We've never tried Prime Time. I'm not sure it would be something DH would like.

Welcome to the trip report. I'm sorry that you aren't feeling well but I'm glad you are aboard. Oh my word....somebody went to Disney and you didn't go along. I think I'd have had to hide in a suitcase or something.

I remember when Lacey played softball. We used to go to Disney every year in May and we'd still have a lot of games left. The coaches would get so ticked off at us when we told them Lacey would miss a few games. She was a darn good catcher and they wanted her there. Oh well.....Disney always won!

Yeah!! I'm so glad you got your money back. I had a few problems with our room at All Star Movies but I didn't complain because it would have taken away from our park time. I didn't think to take pics of the problems in the room.

Lisa, I told him and have been keeping my fingers and toes crossed. Dubuque is a LOT of hills and he lives in a house right at the end of a hill and before a new one starts. No matter how old they get, we still worry.

Well, today seems to be no better than yesterday other than the fact that it's now Thursday and not Wednesday. I've been working on an appeal for two days now. I think we are going to file it either this afternoon or tomorrow. I wish we'd do it today so I can get it off my desk.

Anyway, Ginny told me that she had looked at Lacey's Mission site recently and liked Lacey's new picture. Which made me want to share a few of the pictures that the Mission students recently had made. These kids are awesome. When they join the Mission, they are dedicating one entire year of service to their community and to the Mission. Some of the students have been in the Mission for more than one year. I've got to tell you (as if you didn't already know), that I am one proud Mama.

Now, on with the pictures. Wait....I need to say one more thing. You'll notice that one of the girls is wearing sunglasses in every picture. The students were playing frisbee golf after church one afternoon on one of their rare afternoons off. Sydney (the sunglasses girl) somehow stepped in front of one of the guys and the frisbee hit her right on the top of her cheekbone and across the bridge of her nose. It busted the skin, gave her a black eye and busted a blood vessel in her eye. Thus, the sunglasses.

Now your fav pics are mine too. Lacey looks like her moma. Congrats. Such a pretty girl. I love that one of Lacey and Jesse beside her. He has such a full smile. Now, how in this world did that daughter of yours manage to climb to the top in that barn photo? You or I couldn't have done it at all. That amazes me.

The poor girl and the sunglass issue. I should have thought of wearing mine more when in Disney but that thought never occured to me for some reason. I just let the shiner shine. And my skinned up cheek.

Be proud Lisa. Your children have given you every reason to be. Lacey is awe-inspiring.
