All of your updates are great - I have been at Disney World so am just now getting caught up on all my subscribed reports. Loving the Branson trip as well - I have always wanted to go there but haven't made it yet... maybe one day!

My mom used to do this too, even after we were grown. We had to come down in age order! I am the baby so I got to be in front !

Getting caught up, I was pretty far behind. Sounds like you had a good time in Branson. My hubby and I are going sometime next year and I am hoping to be able to take advantage of that deal with the gift card too. It was supposed to be a big family trip but one by one people are backing out. I told My DH that we were going anyway, so it looks like it will be just the 2 of us. We actually haven't had a "just the 2 of us" trip since our honeymoon so I guess we're due for one.

Santa is the bomb at our house. He knows just what everybody wants and spreads the love all around the living room.

Oooh, a "just the 2 of us" trip. Everybody needs one of those every once in a while.

Merry Christmas (a little late), Lisa! I haven't been on the boards for about three weeks and I just caught up. I've enjoyed reading about Branson. We just were at Great Wolfe Lodge in Cincinatti, and it reminded me of that. We went with my parents and brother (out from the LA area), and we all had a ball. Isn't it great to just go somewhere with family? There are no dishes to do or laundry to fold or anything else - just time to have fun.

I'm enjoying the updates on both the Branson and Disney reports!! I've never been to any of the water parks, so I'm looking forward to hearing about it. Enjoy your holiday - and your time with Lacey!

It was so nice to have Lacey all to ourselves. We usually have to share her with all of her friends here in Louisiana. We whisked her off to Branson for Thanksgiving before she had a chance to get called by somebody else.

When I post our water park day, you guys will know how much I love all of you. Otherwise, there's no way I'd post a picture of me in a swimming suit with scraggly rat tailed hair.

I hope you had a great Christmas. Ours was good. I'm glad it is over though I think taking down all the decorations will help me get a good start to a new year. I have a doctor's appointment in the morning. Does you boss have a license to practice in Alabama? I may need an attorney after I get arrested for showing my booty in the office tomorrow . I am going to demand an answer of some sort.

Girl, I was taking down the Christmas tree on Christmas afternoon. I didn't decorate a whole lot so it made boxing everything up easier.

I hope that all goes well at your doctor's appointment. The boss doesn't practice in Alabama but I bet I could find a good lawyer if you need one. Just call me!

My mother always made sure that my birthday and Christmas were totally separate. I don't know that the kids and John have planned for me. My stupid driver's license expire today and I know that I won't pass the eye exam. Thus, I am making an eye doctor appointment for new glasses/contacts.

I was just looking at my photobucket account and the recent pictures I uploaded. Do ya'll remember a news story a few weeks ago about this strange mist/cloud thing in the sky that people were reporting from all over the world? If you don't, then I just told you about it. Anyway, one day on my way home from work (I keep my camera with me all the time), the clouds looked so strange yet pretty and I snapped pictures.

Well phooey, I thought I uploaded the really weird picture that I thought might go along with the news story. Let me find it on my computer and I'll post it.

This reminds you of a pic of the Northern Lights, if it were darker. That is a really cool picture. I remember reading something about it but I didn't ever see anything unusual this far north.

It was the strangest thing. The more I looked at it the more it looked like a crown.
