Stop Making Me Laugh Or I'll Pee My Pants! Go Back! I Lost My Shoe! Trip Report!

Sorry I'm just checking in for the day. We had one deadline today and I have finally gotten it done. We are closing at Noon today for the Thanksgiving holiday.

Lacey is on her way home. She was supposed to leave Georgia at 7:00 a.m. (their time) but her alarm didn't go off and she didn't wake up until 8:15 a.m. The drive is 9 hours long. She called about 30 minutes ago and said she was not too far from Tuscaloosa, Alabama and still had about 350 miles to go until she was home. Looks like we won't be leaving for Branson as early in the day as I thought we would.

Whenever she gets home, we're throwing her stuff in my Mama's van and we'll drive until we decide to stop. Not sure how far we'll get but at least we'll have some hours behind us.

If I don't get back on the Disboards before I leave, I hope that everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday!

She's posted a new thread today: Which is your favorite -- CBR or CSR? And then states her favorite moderate is CBR. She hasn't even stayed there. And what is funny (or maybe not funny, but sad) is she is 31 years old according to her profile on another forum.

That is so funny. I know her profile here says she is that old too. When she was on the pop thread, people asked her if she was a kid and she got mad. She didn't understand why. I thin kshe's either mentally challenged or can't speak english well, or both.

Hope you are having a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday Lisa. We arrrived in Tennessee about 4 yesterday and yes I have already shopped. We got Andrews computer last night at the Costco. Sandi has cooked all morning and I have watched. We will have 11 for dinner which is not too bad. Sheri has arrived in Texas safely so we are all good.

Morning friends! I hope that everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday. We got home from Branson about 5:15 p.m. yesterday. I immediately went into the "gotta wash all the clothes" mode because I didn't want Lacey going back to school with a duffle back full of dirty clothes. I'll come back in a little bit and give more details.

Okay guys and gals,

I am super duper computer illiterate. When I say I know nothing, I mean it. Lacey wants a notebook laptop but it has to have a word processor. This is probably a stupid question.....do all laptops come with a word processor? P.S. I don't want to spend a ton of money. Imagine that.

Anybody out there that can help me out?
