Stolen mail package?

So strange. I bought eclipse glasses from Amazon that the USPS would deliver today. My front door was open with just storm door. I heard her scan it and she's on camera leaving it on the chair. I go out 5 minutes later and it's gone!!! Nothing on camera, but it didn't capture me getting mail either.

I am freaked out! Lol. We have walk up front door delivery. I can't imagine someone stole it that quickly.

No, I don't think so, but anything is possible. I've ordered more at least for delivery tomorrow.

FYI, most of the continental US will see at least a partial. If you want to take a peak, you might want to invest in some glasses.

So glad you found them, OP. Will be cool to see the eclipse; saw the last one about 7 years ago. We got free glasses from our local public library.

Glad you found them OP. DH picked mine up just yesterday at Menards so I was going to suggest that. I'm also going to do the two paper plates method, too.

I'm so embarrassed. know it seemed (was) so obvious, but I literally couldn't find them. We saw total in 2017 in TN. 80% this time

Oh boy!!! I am thrilled for you.
Unfortunately, I was prepared to tell you the driver may have scanned and then lifted your pkg. Why would I think that? Because it happened to us!

Some years back, before shippers sent photos of the delivery, a friend found a sticky note on the front door saying a package had been delivered. Much later he located it in his back yard under the picnic table. I guess either it was to give it some weather protection, or the driver enjoyed toying with people.
