Who has tried the new steak house in Disney Springs? What are the early reviews?

Thanks

We tried it for brunch but made sure to order a few steaks. It was fantastic! Our server stephanie was great albeit a tad out there, I would definitely request her again. The place wasn't too loud at Brunch time and there was only one other table. Some of the best steak if not the best steak I've had on property outside of Victoria and Albert's, chairs are kind of uncomfortable with a large chunk of wood seemingly for lumbar support that didnt work at all. The neon purple atmosphere is "neat"

Our server said that she has to almost yell (and subsequently demonstrated) how she has to talk later in the evening after the DJ gets started and it seemed like it'd be an unpleasant experience.

There were zero complaints on the following:
Short Rib and Egg Sandwich
Fried Chicken and Funnel Cake
Bacon Appetizer (One of the best things of the whole trip, almost ordered a second one)
Loin (i.e. small) Strip Au Poivre (Pepper crust and sauce are separate add ons)
Loin Strip with Chimichurri and Fries
Mac and Cheese
Old Fashioned Entree (Bacon and Eggs)
Skirt Steak Salad
Mimosas
Frose (Rose Wine with seemingly high quality Raspberry Sorbet)
Cinnamon Sugar Monkey Bread with Cream Cheese Icing)
Donut Special (Salted Caramel Stuffed, Ganache and Caramel Corn Topped)

Not sure I'd go there anytime past 5:30pm for fear of eating in an atmosphere akin to a neon purple abercrombie and fitch but we definitely will be going back next trip if not for brunch then definitely for an early dinner.

It's been open for a year, so there are a lot of reviews out there. Most say it's really loud at night.

We dined at STK twice - once, just my husband and I and the second time with our son and daughter in law - and everyone absolutely loved it! I had a peppercorn-crusted filet that was the best steak I've ever had (and we're from Chicago - home to some great steakhouses). The sides are made for sharing, but they're not as large as at most other steakhouses. The bread is crazy good, but for some reason they only serve it downstairs, so whatever you do, don't accept upstairs seating. We were seated at a table in the bar area both times and really enjoyed the atmosphere there. There is a DJ, but I liked what he played and we didn't find it too loud. Other reviewers disagree, and maybe it was better to be seated in the bar area than the main dining room. As at most steakhouses, everything is ala carte and the wine is ridiculously overpriced. It's a beautiful, modern steakhouse, and the service both times was exceptional. Very personable sommelier.

We have eaten there twice. Once at 8:3opm and once at 5:30pm. It was much much louder at the end of our 8:30 meal, the music was overbearing in our opinion. It was much better during the 5:30 meal. We did enjoy the food at both meals.
