I'm thinking positive, but now Southwest has a warning on their website about the storm. I can change my travel plans with no penalty withing 14 days. It is very tempting b/c the weather in Vegas stinks right now. However, I'd have to figure out if I have someone to watch DD. Wouldn't it be great if they would let me go there for New Years. I doubt it though. I'm sure that would be a huge price difference. I think I'm going to call and check anyways.

I can do any pick-ups / drop-offs of your daughter, for school or whatever.

OT - So, I had my work X-mas party today after work. We did a white elephant, but with store bought gifts under $15. I ended up with a drinking block game w/ shot glasses. It looks like Jenga. And it came with some coasters that have drinking words and their definitions on them. Now, what on earth am I going to do with that.

Ummm, bring them to the Stink eye dis meet of course Along with the cornhole!

Almost forgot, I got THE gift from Cat. I won't spill the beans, but they are super cute. DD wants them. I told her she can borrow them when she is older.

We are leaving at roughly 3 or 4 ish in the AM. I've already planned on wearing my PJ's to prayer group tonight and popping a Tylenol PM halfway through.

That should put us there at about 9pm . Of course that all depends on how active the bladders are

She's easy! All you got to do is feed her.

I called Southwest. I think I got someone who didn't know anything so I'm going to call back later and see if I get a different answer from someone else. She pretty much said if I wanted to rebook, I would have to pay the difference in the price. Everything is way more than our price right now so that is not an option I'm willing to take. She said if our flight was cancelled, she gave me 2 different answers. The first one is that I would get a full refund. The second one is that they would try to rebook me. So, who knows. All I know is we will be checking our flight status and if we are cancelled, we will call them and go from there. My gut is telling me we will be delayed, but get out.

I would. I think the U.S. is much safer than it was 7 years ago. I don't think the gov't will take the chance (ever again) that a thread is just an idle threat.

I may post a couple once I get them on the computer. I've been carrying my camera around showing people on the view screen. We did get a shot of the family with Incredibles shirts with Mr & Mrs Incredible, that was fun. Then DH proceeded to tell me how hot the 'real' Mrs. Incredible body was. Men, can't live with 'em, can't kill 'em (well, not legally anyway).

Sun ~ I hope it goes okay. Don't worry about being there in bad weather. I have been there in all different kinds of weather and it is a good trip either way. There is so much to do inside it barely matters. The only aspect you are missing is the pool! But like you said there might be a heated one, or maybe at least the hot tub. You'll still have a great time.

DH and I were Mr. and Mrs. Incredible for Halloween. At Disney, we just wore the T-shirts, shorts, and mask b/c it was too hot. Here, DH stuffed his shirt with muscles. He was trying to stuff my pants to get the big butt like Mrs. Incredible b/c she has like a 0 waste, yet a booty. I ended up looking like a oompa lumpa so I didn't stuff my butt.

Thanks! I'm more perterbed that I have to get up at 4:00 in the morning and will probably be delayed all day. I might even have to get up earlier now that we have to drive to the airport in terrible weather. That's what I'm worried about. I don't mind the weather in Vegas. I spend most of my time in the casino's anyway. I'm packing the UGGS! Even if it was "normal" Vegas weather, it would still be too cold to swim so that doesn't really matter. I'm bringing my suit anyways in case I brave it for the hot tub.

I think so.........there was a note from the mail person that they tried to deliver a package but we weren't home. (Otherwise known as the kids didn't answer the door at my house!) So I'm going to try to pick it up on the way home from work if I can make it there through the snow. I hope it isn't too junky of a knock-off. It looked cute in the pics, but ya never know. Yesterday I didn't take her to work because of everybody being home from school. (they close schools here when it snows!) And when I got home I picked her up and she was squealing into my hair and rubbing her face on my face and whining and squealing! It was so funny. Oh, and shaking! Chihuahuas shake - a lot!

So cute! I love when Charley gets lovey dovey. Last night was so chilly, he kept moving around on the bed. Finally I lifted the covers up and said "Come on" and he snuggled up under there, right along side my body and all I could feel was his cold nose with hot breath on my arm. He stopped being all restless, then.
