When I was in high school we had a few dances every year, only having one just doesn't seem right. They don't even have a homecoming dance? That's just wrong.

OK, I mis-spoke a little! They only have this many FORMAL dances. There are regular dances than they go to after football games and stuff. But homecoming in our town is crazy red and white attire, not formal.

I have so much to do and just REALLLLLLY freaking lazy. I did shower today though.

The only dances I went to in my entire life were 5th grade prom, 8th grade prom, and senior prom. If we had any other dances, I guess I din't know about them or something! LOL!

I have a chicken in the crockpot with a spice rub on it and OMG it smells absofreakinglutely amazing. I want to go in there and stuff my face in the crockpot!

Thanks Girls! It's been a good day so far. OMG I found out last night what DH is getting me. I'm excited about it, but I'm nervous about it at the same time. I don't want to name it because I'm afraid imagineer4life will read here before he gives it to me and I don't want any of my kids to know until then. I'll keep you guys posted.

Last year my youngest two kids were 7 and 11 years old so I called them my 7-11 all the time. But DS turned 8 in October and minidec5girl is today of course so my 7-11 is gone.

Good morning girlies! Hope everyone is having a good weekend!

I'm convinced I might not leave my house today b/c it is sooooo cold! We had Bears tix, but there is no way I was going to freeze outside all day so I got rid of them.

Now, I just have to figure out how to get DH to go to the grocery store.....

Guess what! DH is going to rent whatever he needs to tile today! We (he) are almost done with the fireplace! The TV is on the wall and it makes me very nervous. I have a feeling I'm going to come home one day to it on the floor.

Oh, yeah. Abby's TV will not turn on anymore. It is a big honkin' 35 inch Sony tube TV that is soooo heavy. I'm kind of happy it is broke so we can just toss it if we can find someone to help DH move it. It is too heavy for me to move. Now, we have to go buy another TV though. Right before Vegas, bummer! BTW, I still haven't told DH about Vegas.
