Stingray City? Parasailing on Castaway Cay?

Two questions about our 3-day Wonder cruise:

1) Am I right that Disney only offers one Stingray City excursion at Nassau, which includes Blue Lagoon and lunch? If so, did anyone else book this on their own -- we just want to do Stingray City, then head back to the boat? Not really interested in spending time on the beach or the lunch? What was your experience?

2) And what was everyone's experience of parasailing at Castaway Cay? Was it as amazing as I think? The excursion lists the price at $70 -- how does a tandem ride work? Is it $70, $140 or something in between (at WDW the price is adjusted for a tandem ride, not double the single-rider price).

Mt son did the parasailing. The tandem ride is charged per person, so it would be $140. He loved it and as soon as I can get my scanner fixed, I'm going to add some incredible pictures he took of the Magic from up on high to my web site.

Looking forward to seeing those photos, my DD 12 and I are doing the parasailing on our August 23rd cruise. I plan on taking a camera up with us as well.

My husband and I did the tandum parasailing and it was a ball. Definately a highlight.

Parasailing over Castaway Cay was great! The boat ride was quite a thrill, too! It is well worth every cent.
