Still possible for week before Easter discounts?

Let me preface this by saying I am already booked and have paid off our trip for April 13-20...BUT I would really love to upgrade to a deluxe if a discount is released!!

That being said, does anyone think there's hope considering that there are still rooms available?? Yes friends I am asking you to whip out your crystal balls and give me a prediction lol ! I know it's impossible to tell what will happen, but I am really enjoying looking at pics of the deluxes (pretending this might actually happen!)

Please someone add to my insanity with something...ANYTHING

I don't think there will be any discounts for the week before Easter. The new AP rates that were released start on 4/25, the day after Easter.

We went last year during this same time. I know that a week or two before we left, we ended up getting a cheaper rate. I think we saved a couple of hundred bucks. I don't remember the promotion, but it happened. So, maybe it will happen again.

It might happen again, but I'm not holding my breath. This year hasn't has good discounts like last year, so I doubt if they'll release some for the week before Easter - my dates too.

If they still have a lot of rooms left, they are not going to let them sit there. They will discount them, somehow. The fact that it is a holiday is irrelevant if the rooms continue to remain unbooked.

well I'm hoping for some type of discount for 4/15-4/23. I'm sure I'm out of luck tho.
