Still no express pass on Hagrids?

Any news on when EP will be added to Hagrids? It’s been a few years now.
It probably still won’t have it for a bit, but who knows how long that will be. The ride is still very operationally unreliable and goes to a virtual queue if the line gets too long (like it did this past Saturday). At this point, having Express will only make things worse and make the regular lines even longer.

They should announce they're adding Hagrid's to EP on Oct 1 or whatever day Genie + officially debuts, and note that it's included in the price (or free EP, if stating deluxe) instead of an add-on per ride. They could limit it to one ride per day even with "unlimited" EPs.

Yeah it is still pretty popular but I was able to do it several times during the week where wait time was 15 minutes - usually at open but also randomly later in the day

Once a day with express would be nice - but until its not consistently an hour I dont think it will change

It took FJ 7 years to add EP and Gringott's 3 years. Hagrid's just hit its 2 year anniversary.

It still seems to struggle with up time, but not as bad as it had been. According to thrill-data, the overall average wait for Hagrid's is 91 minutes. I don't see them adding Express until they can get that down.

For comparison, here are other average wait:
    - Gringotts - 44 minutes
    - FJ - 32 minutes
    - Minions - 29 minutes
    - Velocicoaster - 54 minutes

Universal seems to be pretty good about not adding EP to new rides while they are still creating big SB lines. We were able to ride Hagrid's and VC several times during the week with 15-20 min waits but the weekends were nuts, 75mins for Hagrids when it wasn't VQ, 60 for VC etc.

The hotels were pretty empty during the week as well but packed on the weekends. That's a a lot of people with unlimited EP's getting in line over and over, it would destroy the SB lines. It's better for everybody if the line just keeps moving which it does unless the ride goes down.

In a couple years they will add it to Hagrid's and VC like everything else.
