Still no confirmation- after 2 calls!!!!!!!!

Made our reservations early for WL in Nov.
That was a good four weeks ago. Still no confirmation!!! I already called them back over a week and a half ago. Still nothing!
I am in the system and I'm sure they charged me for the one night. What to do at this point?

Don't worry - sometimes those things take forever to come.

I like to have them because sometimes you get asked for them to get into the resorts area, and sometimes I've had to bother them a few times - but you have plenty of time. If you're in the computer there won't be a problem.

I never got mine for my last trip. It was not a problem!

In the past when I had this problem - I had access to a fax machine. I called and had them fax my confirmation to me.

I had it beforer the end of the day.

I understand your concern, with some of the horror stories we have heard abouut WDTC I would want a written confirmation also.
