Still need help understanding DAS with our party.

OK, so our party is my immediate family (2 adults and 3 kids) plus 2 adult grandparents. I am the planner for everyone. My family has Genie+. We ddi not get pre-planned Genie+ for the 2 grandparents, because we plan to get DAS for one of the grandparents (not mobility related). The DAS person will not be riding any of the coasters, fast rides, mountains, etc (more like, it's a small world, Spaceship earth, MMRR, etc.).

I am trying to understand how DAS works and feel like maybe I made it more confusing by not getting the grandparents Genie+. My kids want to do a lot, and the grandparents know that. But, can we hold a LL reservation during the "wait time" of a DAS pass? Ex: Say we have a LL for 12:00-1:00 for Splash Mountain, but our DAS return time for Winnie the Pooh is 12:30. Can they overlap?

Also, can we book a Genie+ during a DAS return window after a DAS window was assigned? Ex: DAS return window for 12:00-1:00. Can I book a LL (before we've gone back to the DAS ride) at 12:15 for a different rise at 12:40?

I hope this makes sense. I feel like Genie+ probably isn't worth it for the grandparents simply because she won't do very many of the popular rides. But, I want to be sure I'm not messing up!

Yes you csn do both at the same time

DAS, Genie+ and ILL$ are 3 completely separate programs and can be used together or separately from each other. Using one does not impact ability to use the others.

The DAS reservation does not expire like the Lightning lane window does. It is good from the return time to whenever you return to ride.

The day of DAS return times do not expire. The pre-selections you get for registering through video chat do expire.
