still allowed to share at a TS?

DH and I are considering a quickie weekend trip to WDW and one of the places we'd like to do is yachtsman steakhouse. Last time we were there there was no way we could get to dessert because there was SO MUCH FOOD (did the chateaubriand for 2 and I ended up eating barely half of it) so I was thinking we could enjoy this place again but maybe just use 2 ts credits for the two of us instead of 4 and have a prayer of getting to dessert this time, maybe pay OOP for two desserts since we can never agree.

Is this still allowed?

Do they allow it still? I know last year they did, but seems like I recently read that they don't now. We have our ADR's planned out and want to share 2 TS credits between 3 adults at one meal. Is that okay?
