Steven Tyler was at MGM today

My dh was in the bathroom at 50's Prime Time changing our youngest son's diaper and Steven Tyler walked in. (big moment for dh because he's a huge Aerosmith fan and originally from Boston also) They spoke for a bit and dh got his autograph. Then I snapped a couple of pictures as he walked through the restaurant ... his table was one room over from ours. He was with about 6 other people, one who I believe was his younger daughter (not Liv). That was definitely my biggest celebrity sighting at WDW. I wonder if he rode RnR???

I would have loved to have been there! He's one of my favs. While at Disney, we've seen Michael Jackson and Demi Moore (not together of course) Love those celebrity sightings!

I LOVE Steven and Aerosmith! Why couldn't he have waited until later this month when I will be there? We always eat at 50's Prime Time. That sure would have made my day! What a thrill that must have been!

Awwww! I was at MGM today, and all I did was hang around the Big Hat (resting my poor feet!) - never got around the park much!

I never get to see anyone famous! Lucky you!

No, it was a young girl with long dark brown hair... she looked just like him.

DH and I were trying to guess where he was probably staying... when we were at the GF yesterday we saw a big entourage of concierge staff waiting at the entrance with walkie talkies, so that could have been him. We also saw several stretch limos in front of the Swan today. I'm sure he's not at Pop Century. LOL

i luv, luv Steven Tyler & aerosmith-going to see them on 6/28 for the 12th time.

i would've just been beside myself and would've made a fool of myself too! from what i've heard, they usually stay at the Beach Club and are there frequently. on our last 2 trips, after eating at Beaches and Cream, i sat outside the Beach Club to watch for him, just in case---my kids think i'm nuts!

I LOVE Aerosmith and shook Steven's hand a a concert a couple years ago...he's tiny...I could have picked him up and put him in my purse!!

I remember how thrilled my husband was when he saw Steven Tyler during our own vacation a few years ago. (I wrote about it in the "Celebrity sightings at WDW Resorts" thread (page 10).) I must say, out of all the celebrities we have seen, that one rates as my husband's absolute favorite.

Just curious- did Steven Tyler look like your typical tourist, you know with shorts, t-shirt, running shoes, or was he dressed in rock star clothes or semi-rock star clothes. Makes me laugh to think of Steven Tyler with a fanny pack.

I always figured if a celeb actually dressed like a "normal" WDW tourist they could make their way around the park pretty unnoticed.If they really didn't want to be noticed and someone asked if they were so and so they could say..." I get told I look like so and so quite often"!
