step family hates Disney

okay my mom got remarried in May 2006. My step family hates(well...almost) Disney!!!! they can't stand it when i talk about disney, but i was brought up in a disney loving environment, and that's all I really know. Now my mom is being sucked into it. she's hanging by a thread named Tinkerbell. I won't budge though I'm staying true to disney.

My dad isnt a big disney fan and i just found out 2 hours ago were going to California for spring break and my dad has made it very clear that we will not go to disney but i'm hoping well go for a few days at the least...

I'm really sorry! If I were you, I would try to ignore it/accept it. They can't stop you from liking Disney. You can't stop them from hating Disney.
I hope it doesn't change anything too much!

Aww sorry, my family loves Disney.
We would all go whenever we got the chance but its expensive.
Last year for my birthday I went to a disney resort and my parents loved it, so this year they might take me again!

Id ask your mom to got to Disney and see if you can get your step family to like it more.

My best friend went to disney when she was in the 2nd grade. Well, when me and her first started talking, I kept going on and on about disney. Then one day she was like "Becky, I don't like disney." I was like OH MY!! WHO CAN NOT LIKE DISNEY!??! Well, what I think it is, is that she hasn;t been there since she was really little and she doesn't remember it like at all. Or she is just doing it to get me mad..lol
