I was just wondering if anyone has purchased a Steiff bear/animal at the Germany pavilion? What did you buy? Any collectors?

I would like to buy my daughter one and was wondering what the price range they have? I've been on the Steiff website and small animals start around $30-$50. I was wondering if the prices are about the same at WDW?

I have no idea what they will cost at Disney but remember Steiff (Knopf im Ohr) are for life.
The price may look expensive but you got a life long friend  unless you burn them.

It has been a few years since I bought at Epcot, but my recollection was the prices were comparable to those charged elsewhere. The selection si fairly limited. I bought a Big Al bear a number of year ago that was even discounted, but I think they no longer do the Disney specific animals now that there is no Doll & Bear show. -- Suzanne

I bought a small Steiff bear about 11 years ago. I believe, it was around $150 dollars at the time. It was a limited edition with a ceramic peace dove hanging around his neck and he makes a bear sound when you tip him over. He still sits proudly in my living room

We've purchased a few Steiff bears at EPCOT. Although, most were bought in Germany. (DD collected limited editions, that have sound.) Sadly, there is little to nothing left, at Der Teddybar. The Engel-Puppen dolls are also a thing of the past.
