I thought about it, I really did. I just think it's time to move on...
Here is the link, I have posted it on the DIS photo area. I've noticed a few folks have looked at the photos of my new bike bought last fall. I removed those and have set up the two pictures. The first one is after I'd already lost over 20 lbs. (if you can imagine) and right after I'd rode 14 miles from the bike shop with the brand new bike my wife and son bought me for my 40th birthday. That bike contributed greatly to my journey, and I have spent many, many happy afternoons riding with my son and wife. The second photo is of me on my 41st birthday, a year later, after some 90+ lbs. weight loss. It's me on my super duper "fanatical" mountain bike, because my friend David (who flew in from Florida for the weekend as a surprise) was riding my other bike. That day 5 of us rode...truly, a day to be grateful for. I realize at this point that for some time I'd been posting more about biking, etc. than specifically about what food I'd been eating. At this point, I know that the weight loss has pretty much stopped (ok, a lb. or two to go to get to goal).
I feel that I have probably bored some of you to tears at the end...and that this is the time to thank you all for your support during this past year.
Thank you.
Over and out,
Fred
