Steamed clams at the Cape May Dinner Buffet

So, I've been reading many posts about the buffet. We have a ressie for a Saturday night in May. I've been reading that the selection of food changed from night to night. So, are the steamed clams available every night?

The shellfish selections never seems to change as part of the rotation. They always seem to have the shelled clams, mussels and snow crab legs. Some of the prepared dishes made in the kitchen might rotate.

But any given night, you'll get the same shellfish.

The last I heard, the menu items that vary are:

M W Sat - fried shrimp
Tues Thurs - fried calamari
Sun Fri - fried cod

Yes they are, we have gone on many different nights and they always have clams
