Steak at Buffet

Has anyone had steak at their buffet? How about an action station - cooked to order? If you had steak at your buffet, how were they, and how much pp did they charge approx?

I am thinking of doing all breakfast foods and adding steak (I love steak and eggs!) so it's kind of like brunch but heavy in the "br" part and light on the "unch".

We had steak in our buffet and I thought it was ok, but I'm not really a steak person. My DH is and he liked it. Thanks to the Roots, I can provide a picture of said steak!
