We're taking our first cruise in April for our Honeymoon and have a few questions.

Where is the best place to stay the night before the cruise?

I'd like to rent our car fron National, is there rental location in Cocoa Beach close to where the ship boards?

Would you recommend we just rent from Avis and stay at the Radisson?

I'm sure I'll have more questions as it gets closer!!

Thanks in advance for your help.

Congratulations! That sounds wonderful! If you're interested in looking at someone else's honeymoon photos, Jared and Staci did the same thing. Their site's fun to look at (<a href="http://www.geocities.com/windowsjb/">link</a>)

In my humble opinion, the Resort on Cocoa Beach (<a href="http://www.vrivacations.com/Southeast/RCB/">link</a>) is the place to stay. It is, quite simply, the most spectacular property on the Space Coast. But there are other options. National's Cocoa Beach location is within walking distance of the Resort on Cocoa Beach, but it's about 7 miles from the cruise terminal. Click <a href="http://www.dcltribute.com/carhire">here</a> for a summary of your rental car options.

That's certainly easy. The Radisson's a nice hotel... and you'll have the opportunity to meet other cruisers who are also spending their pre-cruise night there. My only objections to the Radisson is that it's not on the beach and it's kind of overpriced for a hotel not on the beach.

We have stayed at the Hampton Inn twice before cruising. we enjoyed it. The pool is kinda small, but you have easy access to the beach. There is a free Continental breakfast which has a lot of choices. danishes, cereal, fruit, bagels, hot cereals, juice, coffee etc. we had a king size bed and there was a couch in the room also. all rooms also have balconies that face the ocean.
