Staying the 1st night at POP then moving off property FP+ question.

We're staying at POP on our 1st night & then moving to a condo off property when the rest of our group arrives. I'm in charge of planning and started making our FP+ reservations for the following days one day at a time. There are 4 of us at POP but I'm linked to 2 other in our party who will not have stayed on property. It's letting me book their FP+ with ours. Is that normal? I thought I wouldn't be able to book anything for them until 30 days out.

Yep, it is a glitch. It has happened to me before

Yes, that's normal. As long as people are linked in Family and Friends and have valid ticket media linked to their account, you can make their FP+ for them even if they are staying off property.
