Staying offsite critique my HS/AK itinerary 4/11

[Queen of the WDW Scene]

Staying offsite for the first time since 2004.
Party of 10 (2 seniors, 4 in their 30's, 2 teens, 2 girls ages 4 and 9.)

-RD RNRC and TOT
-9:35am-10:35am FP+ Star Tours 4 people
-11am BATB
-11am-12pm FP+ TOT for 8 people (2 of those people also went on Star Tours but 2 other people don't want to go on TOT so we are using their FP+)
-12pm-12:15pm FP+ Frozen Sing Along 12:30pm showing
-1:20pm Sci-fi
-2:20pm-3:20pm FP+ TSMM
-3:30pm VOTLM
-4pm GMR
-5pm leave for AK

AK
-6pm head to Kilimanjaro Safari
-7pm-ish Dinosaur
-8pm-ish eat at a QS
-9pm get in line for 9:45pm ROL MAYBE (would that even work?)

(not sure where I can squeeze in Muppet Vision 3D? Not everyone cares if they see it but I don't think there's enough time to squeeze it in while others are doing Star Tours and we want to be back over for BATB by 10:40am. If we do it after GMR will we still be able to accomplish our AK attractions?)

Lately GMR has had long waits in the late afternoon/early evening so you could be waiting 45+ minutes in SB for this attraction, if not you could probably fit in Muppet 3D then head to AK. FP+'really increased wait times for attractions like GMR ugh!

Maybe after I tap for TSMM I could get a FP+ for GMR 4pm-ish?

You sure can try, it just depends how late HS is open that day, most of the FP+ for DHS are gone by afternoon. It is surprising even GMR is gone early some days, sure worth a try. I love the Muppets 3D even if it is old and corny it is fun!

Is this your only day at AK? If it is I would leave for AK straight after your TSMM FP. Personally I'd rather have more time in AK than do the GMR, and I'd also rather watch FOTLK in AK than stay and watch VOTLM, but that's just me.
You also haven't mention EE? Would that not be more of a priority than Dinosaur?
I'm also not sure I would do 3 shows at HS with such little time.

Yes that is the only allotted time for AK.
We like very little in AK.
EE is just so-so and not at all a priority.
What I mentioned is all we care to do in AK.
We love VOTLM and GMR.

That is a LONG day. Especially with 2 seniors. I think you need a mid day break. I've done those days and they beat me down!

The seniors have been going since the 70's they are fine with RD to shop til you drop after park close.

I guess my real question is with how practical the timing of the attractions is...
