Hi all! We are getting ready for our upcoming trip and noticed the home we are staying in does not have a grill. Anyone know who rents them? We are renting direct through the owner and they said we could probably rent it cheaper from another company. They can get one from the management company-but its over $100. Any suggestions? Hope I posted in the right spot-if not please move this:)

Thanks for all the advice i've gotten so far, we appreciate it a lot!:goodvibes

You can also just go to Publix or Walmart and buy one of those little ones that you throw away when you leave for under $20 if you aren't going to be there very long.

His name is David Boulton and if you need to rent a BBQ his telephone number is 407 973 2285

Got this from an owners forum.

Hope it is helpful.

Thanks everyone.

Isla Bonita-Thank you I will try him as it gets closer.

We want a gas grill so we don't have to deal with any of that charcoal stuff. We will be there for two weeks. If its over $100 then I'm sure we will just buy one-tho i'd prefer to rent as you don't have to deal with getting the gas tank yourself. Not sure how safe that'd be to travel with going home either....

Thanks for the advice!:goodvibes

When we rented in WH in March, we made the mistake of renting a BBQ through Global Management. It was a disaster!!!! The rental propane BBQs are very small and it takes a long time to cook food for 8 people. The first BBQ, the company they contract out the service to delivered was ancient and the burner wouldn't work. The second BBQ was a bit newer but the propane lever was broken. Finally the third BBQ after 10 plus phone calls and 2 visits back to the office, was delivered on our second to last day and finally worked. The price for the week was $89.00 US plus tax. They also would not offer us a rebate for the days we were without a BBQ when I had pre-paid for the week! When we checked out Wal-mart they had much nicer and larger BBQs for sale for the same price. I was later told that most people go this route and just leave the BBQ at the end of the driveway for someone else to pick up and use. Just remember to check what kind of tools you will need to assemble it or buy it pre-assembled. Next March we are renting a house that comes with its own BBQ and is not managed by Global Resorts Management! Lesson learned :rolleyes1
