Staying for 1 Week - Whats the best parks to visit on Weekends?

Were staying at Disney for one week in March

Which parks are the best to visit on weekends? - Less crowds? I would assume that visiting Magic Kingdom on week days may be the best?

Do not visit Epcot on a weekend during Food and Wine unless there is no choice. The last time I went to Epcot during F&W on a weekend there were people staggering around and vomiting in the bushes, and dealing with that on top of the larger weekend crowds was the final straw.

Otherwise, I have been to all parks, including Epcot on the weekend, and had a good time. Traditionally, Monday was the worst day to go to MK, so a weekday isn’t necessarily better. These days, it’s a lot harder to predict where and when the crowds will show up.
