I'm seriously considering upgrading my September ressie to club level, we're currently booked at the HRH 3 nights standard for $199.20 a night + tax and $25 for a rollaway, club level would be $110 more per night. But there are 5 of us and I'm thinking between breakfast, water, and snacks it would be worth it. Do all club level rooms include the convertible chair/sofa? I might even switch over to PBH, are the lounges different? Which do you prefer?

On to YouFirst. Does my LoewsFirst card automatically turn into a YouFirst? Is there a link to what the perks are now?

Seriously? You have to pay $15 to park at the hotel, is this new? We stayed at the HRH in 2007 and the RPH in 2003 I don't remember having to pay to park.

Thanks for your help.

you need to ask yourself if the 5 of you would be spending at least $110 plus tax per day for water, soda and snacks.

if you think you would exceed that, then club would not be an issue.
you can get those items when the club lounge is open.
their hours are 7 am to 10 pm.

there has been a parking fee for the hotels for years.

it wasn't as high as it is now but i know i paid for parking when i stayed at the onsite hotels with a rental car in the 90's and 2004-5

On water, soda, and snacks no, but I thought there was a continental breakfast too. And if I can get the sofa bed included in the price instead of paying $25 more for a cot, now it's down to $85 a night.

Thanks for the parking info, I guess it slipped my notice.

the deluxe queens, which there are 4 of them on club, have the sofa.
those rooms are higher in price than the standard rooms.

other than that, no sofas in the rooms.
most are standard rooms.

if you received a standard room, you would still be out of $25 per night for the rollaway then.

yes, the lounge has a continental breakfast each morning.

Thanks for your help. Switched my reservation this morning to Portofino Club level. Person who took my reservation said families of five are guaranteed sofa beds. I hope she was right, not the end of the world if she isn't though.
