We're headed to The World the end of July...
Staying at the Saratoga Springs Resort...Thanks to a family member sharing her Timeshare.
I'm traveling with my kids...12, and 9 yr old twins. Something I said I would never do is Disney Parks in July!!! The heat...the lines
I'm use to going in the winter or spring when the weather is perfect and lines are short..
I'm mostly worried I'd invest $$$ in a some hopper passes for a couple of days..and find that one of my twins....melts in the heat
and the other is so
about having to ride rides ....and then...I become
I'll be wondering where the pixie dust is
!! If money wasn't a concern...I'd have no problem buying a week hopper pass..and just doing the parks slow and on the kids time...BUT, we don't have a $ tree so, I'm having to think differently. So, close...but yet so far?!!
SO, I've been coming up with "free" entertainment. Like an evening at the GF...listen to the music in the lobby....have a snack in the snack bar...watch the Electric Parade..watch the fireworks at C castle from GF....ride the Monorail....Downtown Disney....
Other suggestions?? Any other hotel worth checking out and maybe getting a snack or dinner??? HELP!
Thanks!

Yes, I have thought about that...it would be cheaper..and would force a slower pace (especially for my rebeller) BUT...I'm not sure I want to spend a whole day at Epcot...or MGM...or AK....We've been enough that I only want to hit certain things...Our last trip was a couple of years ago..so, we have news rides that will be on our To Ride List... I'll give the non hopper some thought...maybe the budget will allow a 4 day pass..that way we can work in a park everyday...Thanks..
Along with knowing that my DD has said she DOESN'T want to go....and my DH probably not making this trip...I have no other adult to lean on to pass off to.
) get US tickets. If you have a rental car that might be a cheaper alternative. Does SSR have a community Hall. You may want to consider Mini Golf or a water park. I would consider a character breakfast. Kitchen sink at the Beach Club. What about the bikes to rent. Mine DD love just spending time in the pool.
