I am staying at the Swan Dec 26 to Jan 3 and would like to know that since I can't charge disney thempark shops and food places to the Swan, if Disney offers vouchers or prepaid cards so I could charge food and souvenior purchases against it instead of carrying 8 days of cash with me.

Any help would be great,

There are some meal vouchers that you can get from Connections that are good for a meal at Beaches and Cream and some counter-service type places in the parks. Other than that, I don't know about any sort of prepaid cards at WDW. You can just use your regular credit card to charge meals and souveniers, though. Also, we thought that some of the restaurants at the Swan and Dolphin were great, so if charging to your room is an issue, those places could certainly be an option. We particularly liked Gullivers, Palio, and the Dolphin Fountain :)

The connection vouchers is all I know of. WDW has packages, but then you have to buy everything through them and the Swan through them is a fortune. I would charge to a credit card...A Starwood Amex and get points for it, for your next visit to WDW!!!

When we stay at S/D we just carry a credit card with our room key & passes. I've not found anywhere that accepted the WDW room key that would not accept a credit card. This was true using Visa or MC--not sure what other cards they accept.

They accept M/C, Visa, Amex, Discover, Visa check cards, and travelers checks.

If you don't ahve a credit card or check card, take your money in travelers checks, leave what you do'nt need in your room safe.
