they should have gotten FPs and free one day park hoppers. That’s what has been reported daily as guest recovery for those who didn’t get their boarding passes called. I would go to Guest Relations or send a private message via twitter.

Thanks for the info. We have APs so wouldn't need the tickets but going to message to see about getting FPs for our February trip.

It's fine. I never even contacted Disney over it. We will be going for a week in February, so will ride then (hopefully.)

Disney was already very good to my family that week. I broke 3 ribs in a fall the first day we were there and they gave us unlimited FPs for the rest of our stay. They went above and beyond for what was just an accident. Not going to complain (to them at least lol ) about missing one ride.
