staying at HRH/rental car or shuttlle questions

We will be staying at the HRH for 6 nights at the end of Oct.
We plan on visiting Sea World and Aquatica 1 day each.
The other days will be spend at US/IOA, CityWalk and our pool.
Are there shuttles available, would you take a cab or just rent a car for our trip?

There is a shuttle from the hotels , but i think it goes once in the morning around 9:30 and comes back about 5:30 this was in the summer
