Staying at Fort Wilderness - Spectator Question

Hello Everybody! We are staying to Fort Wilderness campground where my sister will be running the 1/2 Marathon during Princess Weekend. Do you know if boats run from the campground to the Magic Kingdom early enough for me to see her run down Main Street? If not, how do you suggest I get there?

The boats won't be running until closer to park opening. Unfortunately for you, that means taking a race bus to Epcot and then the monorail.

Another possible alternative is to take a Lyft/Uber over to TTC, where you should be able to get the monorail to MK. There will be road closures to contend with, but it should still be doable. It will be clearer once they publish the course/road closure maps.

We also have family coming to spectate (staying at Pop). Best we have figured out is that they will take the runners bus along with us to EPCOT, go through security, then take the monorail to the TTC, transfer to Magic Kingdom monorail.
