Staying At Fairfield Inn, Marriott Village, Need To Know About Transportation To WDW

Our budget vacation just became even more budget. We are staying at the Marriott Village for the first four days and then moving to CSR at WDW. I'm considering staying at Marriott Village for the entire trip. But, need to know how good, (or bad), the shuttle to the WDW parks is. Is there a schedule? Has anyone posted it on-line. We will be needing handicapped access, to any transportation, because of a scooter. Any information I can get would be helpful.
