Staying at Beach Club in June...drive or bus to AK?

First time staying at BC. We will have a vehicle with us. We plan to rope drop AK (8am park opening), so are we better off taking the bus or driving and parking? How early should we plan to leave (driving) or be at the bus stop? Thanks!

Driving from BC to AK will take you about 10-15 minutes. Its hard to say about the bus because you just don't know how many other people will be trying to do the same thing, potentially leaving you waiting for another bus to arrive.

We drove because the park actually let us in at 7:20. Everyday is a diffrent time but they open up to 45 mins before posted time.
We got there at 7am after we went to McDonald's

Definitely better off driving.

Parking lots have been opening 45 minutes before the posted opening time of the theme park.

There are quite a few people but nothing like it is an hour later... We got in went straight to FOP and waited about 20 minutes. When we got off the ride was at 45 mins and it was about about 5 till.
Then went to the back of the park rode Everest twice with a few min wait
In the few days leading all your park days watch your MDE it should give you a good idea of what to expect.
