I called MS just for the hell of it today and asked if there was any openings between June 30th and July 13th. To my surprise BC was opened July 6th
thru the 12th so I booked. OMG, I wasn't plannning on booking today, we are in the middle of talking about going for my Birthday June 30th, but BC was opened so I had to book it. I would have liked to have been there on my Birthday, but hey it is only a week later. SO I AM GOING TO DISNEY:banana:
For my Birthday.
We have never stayed at Beach Club before, we always stay at BWV and I know what room to ask for everytime 5056 over looking the pool Swan and TOT, I Love it.
So here is my question what room/view could I ask for at BC{sorry my question mark key is not working}
I like the views of pools/the lagoon and other Hotels. Is there such a view at BC.
Can anyone help me.

MY DD13 is going to be thrilled when I tell her where we are staying, I think I might keep it as a surprise.
My DS6 will be disappointed he thinks the BWV is our home. Since he could talk he always asked when can we go back to our other house. It took me over a year to figure out what he meant. He was only 3 and I knew there was no way he remembered our old home he was 1 when we moved. It was the BW he was talking about. Till this Day when he sees BW he tells everyone that is our other House.
Thanks, Maria

We love the BCVs but to be honest, in our opinion other properties have better views. The Villas are behind the BC so you can't see the lake. There is a tree view, which includes a road and maybe a drainage canal, some call it the Epcot view because from the upper floors, you might be able to see a little bit of Epcot. There is the quiet pool view which includes the parking lot. There is a court yard view, which may be the nice court yard between the BC and BCVs, but it may also be a sidewalk, next to some trees in a swamp.

We just got back from the BCV. Our last week we were in #559. We had a wonderful view of illuminations every night!

Ditto here, they are loud too. I did enjoy this view. I sit on the balcony and even with the trees, I loved this view. What luck to get BCV's this close to travel!!!:goodvibes

Just wanted to say congratulations....:cheer2:

so for the record, all doubters, there is some availability left out there in DVC

Thanks for the info. The views really aren't that good are they. Oh well my family will be happy just being there.

I just called and booked today for Sept. I am very excited. BWV is our home as well. We have 2 little ones now so we thought we would try BC since the pool is supposed to be really fun. We are only planning on 1 park day and the rest of the time just playing in the pool and relaxing! Cant wait!

Your DS is going to love  SAB...you are going to have to drag him out of there.

If you can, bring your own swimming tubes & squirt guns from home...otherwise, just plan on renting tubes or purchasing squirt guns (they sell 4 types of Super Soakers) from the poolside gift shop. When we were there last July, we had to buy 2 Super Soakers (one for DS & one for DH) to use in the pool. If I'd known they were allowed, I'd have brought them from home. We had 2 brand new, unopened ones, sitting in our garage.

There's also a little salon at BCV where my DD got a manicure on her 13thb-day.

The view is not great, but the pool is the best!
The kids are hard to get out once they see it..and the slide is awsome.
The sand in the bottom of the pool makes it like being at the beach.

The ice cream shop is AWSome as well....Get a kitchen sink and eat until you bust.

BcV is our home resort and we just love it.
