Staying at All Star Sports...what can we do until MNSSHP starts?

We get into All Star Sports at around 6 am after flying through the night so we have booked the night of our arrival so we can go straight to our room and get a few hours of sleep. We'll probably be ready to do something around 11 or 12 and will have a few hours to kill before MNSSHP starts. Any ideas on what we can do for a few hours? How early do we leave for MK to get in by 4 pm?

I can't find an "easy" way to get from Disney Springs to MK. It seems like that will take at least an hour. Any ideas?

I’m not the expert but people say Uber is a good option to get from point A to Point B within WDW if it isn’t a Disney bus route. Perhaps others will chime in.

You could always take a bus to "whatever monorail resort shows up first" and then take the monorail/boat (or just walk from the Contemporary). Even Wilderness Lodge is a possibility, and then take the boat over. If you wanted to explore any of those resorts and transportation options anyway.

Agreed. Go to sleep, when you wake up, go to the pool, then shower before leaving for MK.
That does seem like the least stressful option! What time should we get on the bus to get over to MK and in line to be in the park by 4?

If you wake up and feel antsy and want to start exploring, you could take the bus from All Stars to MK, explore the MK resorts and get some lunch. If you have a lot of time on your hands (4 hours or so), you could bus to MK, then take the boat to WL and then Ft. W to explore. Then take the boat to CR and take the monorail around to Poly, GF and then back to MK for the party. All of those resorts have good QS, so you could just stop and eat wherever you'd like. If you have less time (2 hours or so), you could skip WL and Ft. W and just do the monorail loop.
