Stay Play and Dine combined with DVC rental

I want to stay for 2 weeks at WDW resorts in Jan 2015- 2 nights at POP , then 5 nights at AKL DVC villa(renting points), and then back to POP for 7 nights.
I want to buy a 10 day park ticket with stay play and dine deal at POP and use it while staying at AKL DVC - will I be able to do this?

Is the s/p/d for the 2 nights prior to the DVC stay or for the 7 nights after? If it's for the 2 nights prior, yes, you can buy a 10 day ticket and use it for the rest of your trip as park tickets are good for 14 days from first use. If the tickets will be attached to the 7 night Pop stay, you can get them up to 3 days prior to your package stay, so you would be able to use them for the last 3 days of your DVC stay, but not before. Park tickets can be accessed up to 3 days prior to a package stay by going to guest services at any park (or DTD) and request early ticket pick up. Dining plan is tied to your reservation and ends the day you leave.

Sadly your 3 resorts stay will be treated as three different reservation, and I believe to qualify for S/P/D you have to buy a package with at least 2 day ticket for each reservation.
